Why So Angry?

Atheists are really angry these days.

You see and hear it everywhere.  Not only do they claim they do not believe in God, but they do not want anyone else to believe in Him or tell anyone about Him. Now, that puzzles me.  If, as they say, they truly don't believe in a God, why would they care one way or the other?  I mean, if they believe that there is no God and  when we die there is nothing beyond this life, why would they care that some people find comfort in the belief that there is something  after life and someone who cares one way or tthe other what we do?

As Hamlet's mother said, “I think she doth protest too much,” I think they doth protest too much!  To be as angry as they are tells me that they really DO believe in God and are upset that people are reminding them that there IS someone out there who does care  what they do and there IS something beyond this life.  Because of those facts, it matters what they do.  They will be held accountable for their actions one day.

They don't like to be reminded of these facts, thus they are angry at anyone who believes in God and any reminder of Him.   God created man in His own image and put within each of us a knowledge of right and wrong, which is why we all know inherently that murder, lying and stealing is wrong.  It is also why we all know, deep down, that there IS a God and no matter how much someone wants to claim that they don't believe in Him, if they truly are honest with themselves, they will admit, they do.   So, to me, the simple fact that these folks are so vehement in their fight against God, only proves to me that, they do in fact, believe in Him, they are just angry because they don't want to submit to His authority over them.  They are like stubborn and rebellious children having a temper tantrum and holding their breath.  But, when they pass out and come to, God will still be there.

Good Bye, Sweet Molly

Posted by Debbie on Monday, August 24, 2015 05:23 pm

Today we lost our beloved goat, Molly, to cancer.  She began bleeding from her vagina last week.  We had our vet out and thought it might be a really bad UTI, but the amount of blood was very worrying.

We took her up to Gainesville to the Large Animal Hospital at the University of Florida where they did an ultrasound and found she had a large uterine tumor .  They scheduled surgery for today.

When they opened her up, they found the cancer had spread everywhere!  There was just no way to save her.  They were amazed at how, even though she had to have been in tremendous pain, she was so good natured!  She touched everyone that worked with her, but then, that was our Molly!

Tomorrow, Sparrow will travel back up to Gainesville to bring Molly home and bury her next to her brother, Nick.  Then we need to decide whether to find a companion for Joy-Joy or to give her back to the breeder who gave her to us when Nick died.

This has been very difficult for us.  Sparrow spent the last few days getting the time-out pen ready for Molly's return and building a house for her recovery.  That house will not now be needed.

Good bye, baby girl.  I love you.
